High School Sports
After graduating from the University of Maine, Lazarczyk lanquished in the public relations biz for a few years before finally joining the news game in 1999. He worked at the Berlin (N.H.) Reporter for a year before joining the Morning Sentinel and Kennebec Journal in July, 2000. Lazarczyk covers football, basketball and baseball. A native of Rutland, Vt., Lazarczyk over-analyzes the New England Patriots and does a spot-on impersonation of Barney from "The Simpsons."

FOOTBALL: Final top 10

Here's the final top 10 in Maine high school football for the 2007 season, as I see it.

1. Bonny Eagle
2. Lawrence
3. Bangor
4. Deering
5. Gardiner
6. Marshwood
7. Mountain Valley
8. Foxcroft Academy
9. Skowhegan
10. Cape Elizabeth

Bonny Eagle finished the season ranked 37 in the country in the MaxPrep poll.

Trravis,
I enjoy reading your commets,however I think you really miss the mark when it comes to rating Gardiner football. I like the game and I have seen many differant teams this season. I beleive Gardiner could beat Deering any Saturday and would play even with Bangor and Lawrence. Bonney Eagle in in a class of there own.

I coach at mountview high school new to the LTC we are in the building process, but I got to hand it to dover foxcroft they have a very good program and alot of pride and class. They treated us very respectful.
