Despite injury, Rangeley ready for quarters

The Rangeley boys basketball team suffered a tough loss when junior guard Quinn Philbrick went down for the season with a knee injury in a game recently against Gould Academy. Philbrick averaged seven points and six assists per game for the Lakers.

Still, Rangeley has plenty of scoring options heading into Saturday's Western D quarterfinal game against Seacoast Christian.

Ben Bliss (11 ppg) and David Raymond (10.5 ppg) lead the Lakers in scoring. Kent Madiera, Devin Sargent and Ben Morton are also scoring option for the Lakers.

Rangeley and Seacoast Christian met once in the regular season, with Rangeley taking a 62-33 win.
