HOCKEY: Belgrade native White to play at New England College

Belgrade native Teraysa White, who attends Brewster Academy, will play women's hockey at New England College next season. White, a goalie, was named Brewster's MVP her senior season. She played at Brewster from 2006-08.

White holds the Brewster Academy records for career wins (62), career shutouts (25) and single-season shutouts (10).
"Tereysa White will have a tremendous impact on our program in the next four years at New England College," head coach Jackie MacMillan said in the New England College press release. "She is one of the most techinically sound goaltenders I have seen for her age and will be a top goaltender in the nation."
The New England College Pilgrims finished last season at 15-11-1 and reached the ECAC East Championship for the second time in school history.
