Size doesn't mean a thing when it comes to Bethany Dumas. At a shade under 5-foot-2 and 125 pounds, Dumas doesn't fit the physical mold of a track star.

Tuttle excels at Darmouth Relays

HANOVER, N.H. -- Waterville Senior High School senior Shelby Tuttle won the triple jump at the Darmouth Relays at Dartmouth College over the weekend.

Tuttle won with a jump of 37-feet, 5.75 inches, beating second-place finisher Theresa Kennedy of Holy Names of New York, who had a jump of 37-0.

Tuttle also finished third in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.65 seconds. Kyle Plante of Colonie of New York won with a time of 8.44 seconds. Tuttle finished 10th in the 300 with a time of 43.91 seconds.
